Blakemans, established in 1953, are a family business dedicated to supplying the best quality sausage and meat products to the wholesale, catering, and food services sectors, amongst many others.
Based in their purpose built, Newcastle-under-Lyme production facility; Blakemans have the capability of producing a wide range of products from sausage to meatballs, patties and burgers in a choice of raw or cooked, frozen or chilled formats and packed to a wide range of specifications. They also have a Product development team specialising in creating bespoke recipes to fit any brief.

Alongside their highly trained, longstanding and driven staff, carefully selected ingredient suppliers and bespoke machinery designed by some of the worlds best manufacturers; the 24 hour, slick operation has rigorous product testing in place, a TROPOS system that guarantees real-time data through every area of the business and has procedures and practices that often exceed what is expected through regulation as well as customer requirement. All of which is in place to guarantee customer confidence in both the products and the continuity of supply.
