Cooking Advice
Always wash your hands, work surfaces and utensils before and after handling raw meat.
Please use the guidelines supplied on the packaging but be aware that all appliances do vary and ensure that the cooked products are piping hot throughout prior to serving.
When shallow frying, Oven, grill or griddle cooking; we recommend turning products frequently to ensure an even, all over golden brown colour.
If you intend to deep fry a product, we would suggest that you always cook from frozen for best results.
Our pre-cooked products are ideal for regenerating in the microwave. Raw meat products are not suitable for microwave cooking.
